Panama City Short Sale Expert

Panama City short sale Expert?  Is there such a thing as a short sale expert in Panama City Florida?  My short answer is NO there is no such thing as a short sale expert anywhere.  Why?  Because the rules and guidelines change often, sometimes it feels like several times per day.  The term expert leads one to believe that the expert knows everything that there is to know about a short sale.  If all short sales were the same and all lenders had the same guidelines, then yes there may be some experts out there. The fact of the matter is that each and every short sale is completely different from each other and no two are handled exactly alike.

We like to consider ourselves short sale specialists instead of experts because short sales are what we do the most of in Panama City.  We target the short sale market and know how to get them done. Our Panama City short sale success rate is over 95%.  We are far from experts but we do know how to get the job done.

You love short sales? Really? Are you crazy?

I recently had a conversation with an agent who must have thought that I was totally insane.  The conversation started as a rant and rave about how terrible short sales are and thay anyone who works on a short sale must be insane. 

Up until about a year ago, Panama City real estate agents had the mindset of "I won't touch a short sale!"  The short sale process is cumbersome and can be very difficult for those that are not tenacious and those that are not up to a challenge.  As a matter of fact if I had a dollar for everytime an agent told me that they won't list a short sale or won't show a short sale, well, I could retire and not have to be the Panama City short sale go to guy.  Notice I said go to guy and not short sale expert!  Expert is just that and in the short sale world, there are few true experts, no matter what designation someone may place next to their name.

I truely do love short sales. Why?, you ask.  Short sales are here and not going anywhere which means there are families out there in financial distress and they need help.  These families lives are being seriously tasked most likely due to a hardship such as illness, job loss, divorce, job transfer, the list can go on and on.  I take great pleasure in being able to help Panama City families sell their homes as a short sale in order to help them get back on with their lives.  Financial burden could be one of the worst feelings in the world short of death and illness.  Many people have nowhere else to turn except for short sales.  I LOVE HELPING FAMILIES who need my help!

Please don't misunderstand, I wish the real estate market was booming and everyone had equity in their homes but the reality of the situation is that short sales in Panama City are here to stay for a while and I am here to help!

This week marks the one year anniversary for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill fiasco.  The oil spill brought panic and fear across the Gulf Coast, no one knew what was going to happen.  Well, a year later in Panama City Beach, business is back to normal and back to the usual.  Cars are bumper to bumper on Front Beach Road, the beach is packed and the restaurants have lines to get in.  The waters of Panama City Beach are crystal clear and the beach is as white as ever.

The media did Panama City Beach a huge disservice with their oil spill reports, Panama City Beach saw very little effects from the oil, but saw large effects from the media and their sky is falling reporting.  Maybe the media should be paying claims and not BP.

The moral to the story is that Panama City Beach is and has been the Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches and the oil spill did not affect our beaches.  Come to Panama City Beach, enjoy the sand, the water and the delicious seafood and leave the oil spill talk to the media, afterall bad news sells and good news is rarely reported.

GOOD NEWS, Panama City BEACH IS STILL THE WORLD MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH!
