Panama City Beach is one fo the most popular of the Florida spring break destination locations, The Spring Break capital of Panama City Beach is one of the few beach communities that actually welcomes spring breakers, up to a 1/2 million per year.
With 27 miles of quartz sugar sands and clear blue green waters, college students come expecting to party hard and they often do. There always seems to be plenty of parties and entertainment and MTV is always onsite somewhere. Even with all of the partying college students, the atmosphere is fun and respectful.

During March and April this is one of the coolest (temperature) spring break locales in Florida, the averages daytime highs reach 71 to 77 degrees and the nighttime lows a cool 47 to 53 degrees.
