2010 is coming to an end.  It was a year full of challenges with Deepwater Horizon oil spill, loss of jobs at Sallie Mae and Tyndall Airforce Base yet there were also great opportunities with the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport opening and home prices falling to 2004 levels with interest rates at a historical low.

2011 will be much of the same hopefully without an oil spill in the Gulf Of Mexico!
