Jeff Payne lives in the Cherokee Heights neighborhood of Panama City with his wife and business partner, Melonie and their daughter Heather, a freshman at Gulf Coast Community College. Jeff has been in real estate since May 2003 and a broker associate with Keller Williams Success Realty since June 2006 and is the team leader for The Payne Group. He specializes in first time home buyers as well as new construction properties and takes great pride in customer service for both buyers and sellers alike. Jeff is a graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Consumer and Family Sciences.
Melonie is the wife and business partner of Jeff Payne, team leader of the Payne Group. Her number one priority is customer service to the team's buyers and sellers. Her role on the team is to act as transaction coordinator. Once a buyer or seller is under contract, Melonie will oversee the day to day things that need to be done in order to ensure a smooth transaction for a buyer or a seller.
Lynn is a buyer specialist with the Payne Group. She does an excellent job of looking out for her buyers' best interests. From beginning to end, she's involved in every part of the transaction. She's not afraid to think outside the box, if needed, and is very, very good at seeing a real estate deal through to closing.
